Willow Yoga offers many different types of group classes in Hatha Yoga. Choose the yoga class which is best for you!

Yoga I
No experience necessary! An introduction to traditional poses, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Yoga II
A mixed-level class designed for students with some yoga experience who are looking to further their practice.
Yoga III
An energetic flow of power yoga postures which will enhance your concentration and breath awareness.

Prenatal Yoga
Focuses on poses and breathing techniques that will help keep you more relaxed at this very special time in your life.
Gentle Yoga
A class designed for those with physical limitations. Use of chairs, blocks and other props help to modify basic yoga poses.
